3. Pay Planning Fee

After our call, I’ll send over your service agreement and planning fee link so
we can officially begin the planning process.
4. Receive a Custom Proposal
​
Within 7-10 days, you’ll receive a custom trip proposal with curated
options tailored to your preferences.
5. Revisions as Needed
​
We’ll fine-tune the details to make sure everything feels just right — whether
it’s adjusting accommodations, timing, or activities.
6. Confirm & Book
​
Once you’re ready, I’ll secure your reservations and finalize all travel components. You’ll receive your full itinerary, documents, and continued support throughout your journey.
